The Alberta Street corridor has always been the kind of place where a small business can become a fixture. We wanted to be one of those fixtures — the shop you walk past every Tuesday and still stop to smell the vanilla.
Our recipes aren't mysterious. They're just honest: good butter, real eggs, cream that hasn't been diluted, sugar measured rather than guessed. The glaze is thin because we learned that thick glaze covers up a mediocre donut.
